Deacon 3300
is a heat curing, compressible, flange joint sealant. It conforms to flange face and flange gap irregularities better than standard die cut gaskets. It is ideal for metal-to-metal joint applications in steam,
hot air, and various chemical environments.
Deacon 3300 is an extruded gasket compound suitable for extreme
temperatures (600ºF to 1600ºF). It maintains its flexibility and pliability when filling voids and steam cuts. Applications include flanges, exchangers, blowers, compressors, boilers, stacks, exhausts, and piping. (TECH SHEET)
Deacon 770 (Paste & Liquid) is a thermal-reactive, sealing compound for threads, gasket dressings, and metal-to-metal applications. Ideal for high-temperature (200ºF to 950ºF),
high-pressure situations, including steams, liquors, hydrocarbons, and solvents.
Deacon 770 expands in the presence of heat to form a mechanical-type seal. It will not interfere with future repairs of metal-to-metal joints. (TECH SHEET)
Deacon 8875 is a heat curing fibered
paste for high-temperature (500ºF to 1200ºF) flange sealing and gasket dressing applications.
Has been used up to 1800ºF.
A sealant / refractory hybrid that does not become weak or brittle, Deacon 8875 is compatible with thermal cycling. (TECH SHEET)
